This 3D wood wall art is made of pine 3D triangles. To create this original wall art we cut the wooden pieces in the way which creates 3D effect. The impression of the depth is strengthen by play of light which shining on the surface of the panel creates a mosaic of illuminated and shaded spots.
Each piece of wood has been cut, sanded and painted by hand. The mosaic looks very elegant, sophisticated and is eye-catching.
The triangels were painted silver and pearly gold (light gold). Although only two colors have been involved for this project one has the impression that many stains were used. Subtle gloss makes that the mosaic looks completely different from every place.The wood wall art looks a bit like it was made of metal. For better insight I attached pictures taken in the sun.
The pine triangles are stuck to an esthetic painted plywood with strong glue.
The wood wall panel art can be hung horizontally or vertically.
The pendants are attached to the back of the mosaic.
